UltraTape Semiconductor Tapes

These unique tapes were designed specifically for use inside the Semiconductor cleanroom, especially for sealing silicon wafer shipping boxes. Operators will like the easy release from the roll, ease of handling, low static charge on unwind and excellent conformability around wafer box corners. Following our clean manufacturing process, each roll is individually wrapped in cleanroom polyethylene bags, then double bagged in packs. Our Semiconductor tapes and labels adhere lightly to plastics for easy removal without residue.

• Our tapes and labels contain extremely low leachable metals, eliminating the concern of contamination.

• Available in UltraClean where each roll is processed through our clean manufacturing process, individually inspected and individually wrapped in cleanroom polyethylene bags; and then double bagged in packs or available in our Standard version for use in less critical environments with single bag packaging.

1110 Wafer Box Sealing Tape

1112 Clear Cleanroom Tape

• Polyethylene with acrylic adhesive
• Ideal for general cleanroom use
• For applications where clear is preferred
• Medium density backing

1114 Low-Tack Removable Tape

• Polyethylene with Acrylic adhesive
• Ideal when removability is important
• Low tack version of 1110/1112 wafer box tape
• No residue
• Colors: Red (RE), Yellow (YE), Green (GR), White (WH), and Blue (BL). Other colors also available.

1153 High-Tack Cleanroom Tape

• Polyethylene with rubber adhesive
• Low residue for glass, metal, and plastic
• Good replacement for vinyl tape in cleanroom

1164 White Cleanroom Tape
