UltraTape Medical & Pharmaceutical Tapes

These tapes were designed specifically for medical and pharmaceutical applications. All Medical and pharmaceutical Tapes are supplied on 3" plastic cores. The cleanroom tape is processed through our clean manufacturing process and then each roll is individually inspected and individually wrapped in cleanroom polyethylene bags; and then double bagged in packs.

• All tapes supplied on 3" plastic core.
• The end user can sterilize tape by themselves with the 7160 Autoclavable tape.
• The end user can choose any UltraTape product to be sterilized using Gamma Irradiation.
• Cuff Sealing Tape is perforated to allow the user to apply the tape using one hand.
• Available in UltraClean where each roll is processed through our clean manufacturing process, individually inspected and individually wrapped in cleanroom polyethylene bags; and then double bagged in packs or available in our standard version for use in less critical environments with single bag packaging.

UltraTape 7155 Sterilization Indicator Tape

• Saturated crepe paper with rubber adhesive
• Designed for high temperature
• Stripe that changes color upon sterilization

UltraTape 7160 Vinyl Autoclavable Tape

• Vinyl with rubber adhesive, withstands 240° F (115° C)
• Ideal for labeling and color coding
• Entire roll can be autoclaved
• Tape easy to write on
• Colors: Blue (BL), Clear (CL), Green (GR), Orange (OR), Red (RE), Yellow (YE), White (WH)

UltraTape 1114P Cuff Sealing Tape

• Polyethylene with Acrylic adhesive
• Ideal for sealing opening between garment and glove
• Perforated at convenient intervals for one-handed application
• Also available in gamma irradiated
• Colors: Blue (BL), White (WH). Other colors also available.

UltraTape Gamma Irradiated Tape and Labels

Nearly any UltraTape product can be gamma irradiated. Available in UltraClean, suitable for use in Class 1 (ISO Class 3) and EconoClean suitable for use in Class 1000 (ISO Class 6) cleanrooms. Our Gamma Irradiated tape and label products are sterile and will not particulate. The products come with full certification of irradiation and lot traceability.
