Aerospace Tapes

UltraTape’s Aerospace and aircraft tapes are manufactured from polyester, polyethylene and Kapton® materials. These specialized tapes are designed for high temperature and flame retardant applications as well as severe environmental conditions. UltraTape’s Aerospace and aircraft tapes address industry standards for maximum insulation and protection while providing the necessary balance of reliance and economy. Whether it’s advanced tool masking, vacuum sealing, airframe construction, painting and stripping, electrical insulation or wire wrapping.

UltraTape Aerospace and aircraft tapes are available in UltraClean where each roll is processed through our cleanroom manufacturing process, individually inspected and individually wrapped in cleanroom polyethylene bags; and then double bagged in packs. Also available in our Standard version for use in less critical environments with single bag packaging.

Solar Tapes

UltraTape also offers a range of products for the solar industry. These high-performance technical tapes are used in a number of solar applications.

Tapes for Solar Panel Assembly including single-sided and double-sided tapes for bonding and sealing aluminum framed modules, permanent bonding bonding of the junction box, and low outgassing tapes for laminate fabrication, cell positioning, and cable management.
Solar Cell Manufacturing tape and labels are also available including: tapes for hanging visqueen sheeting, labels for product identification and traceability, and tapes for Environmental Health and Safety.
Double Sided Foam Tape is ideal for applications where rivets, spot welds, liquid adhesives and other permanent fasteners would be used. This closed cell polyethylene foam tape is designed for mechanical fastening and glue applications promoting stability and strength. UltraTape's high-performance solar tape line delivers superior quality for any interior or exterior bonding application.
