• Cleanroom labels made from 100% synthetic, non-particulating materials
• Cleanroom labels made with low out-gassing adhesives
• Each label is processed in a Class 1 (ISO 3), sub-micron cleaned, nitrogen purged and double-bagged in MDPE certified packaging in a fully HEPA-filtered (class 100), and then double bagged to insure clean labels are delivered to the cleanroom

Face Stock

Face Stock for Thermal Transfer Labels, Direct Thermal Labels & Pen Printing is available

• Polypropylene (BOPP) - Biaxially oriented polypropylene for resistance to stretch and tearing
• Polyester (PET) - Polyethylene terephtalate polyester film for high tensile strength, chemical and dimensional stability
• Top Coated - For better printing ink adhesion

Adhesive

Cleanroom label adhesives available in permanent and removable adhesion levels.

• Acrylic - Formulated for heat and oxidation resistance, to be less susceptible to adhesive flow and to maintain a high level of clarity.

Liners

Cleanroom label liners available in Silicone Free, Low Silicone and Very Low Silicone levels.
