Cleanroom Labels
These unique labels are designed for use in the Cleanroom. UltraTape can uniquely provide Cleanroom Certified labels to meet critical industries’ requirements. The Cleanroom manufacturing facility assures particle-free and residue-free adhesive labels.- Label face stock available for Thermal Transfer, Direct Thermal, Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix and Pen printing
- Label adhesives available in permanent and two removable adhesion levels
- Label liners are available in Silicone Free, Very Low Silicone and Low Silicone levels
- Each label is processed in Class 1 (ISO 3) Cleanroom environment, individually inspected and individually wrapped in Cleanroom polyethylene bags; and then double bagged to insure a clean label is delivered to the Cleanroom.
Face Stock
- Polypropylene (BOPP) - Biaxially oriented polypropylene for resistance to stretch and tearing
- Polyester (PET) - Polyethylene terephtalate polyester film for high tensile strength, chemical and dimensional stability
- Top Coated - For better printing ink adhesion
Adhesive
- Acrylic - Formulated for heat and oxidation resistance, to be less susceptible to adhesive flow and to maintain a high level of clarity.
